Russia unveils fifth-generation Su-57E fighter at Dubai Airshow
The fifth-generation Russian fighter jet Su-57E has been unveiled at the Dubai Airshow 2025, organisers confirmed.
The aircraft will also take part in the air show’s flying programme, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.
Visitors to the exhibition on the Middle East stage were able to view the Su-57E up close and take photographs with the combat aircraft.
Developed by the Sukhoi company, the Su-57E is designed for high-speed supersonic cruising and is capable of engaging a wide range of air, ground, and naval targets.
Russian state corporation Rostec had previously announced that the jet would be showcased at the Dubai event.
In related news, unmanned systems developer Zala reported at the airshow that it has doubled the range and endurance of its Lancet-E drone munitions to 45 kilometres, enhancing operational autonomy.
