Russian airstrikes target Ukraine’s Kramatorsk, injuring nine people PHOTO

Russian forces launched a series of aerial bombings on the central part of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region late on September 14, injuring at least nine people.

The attack, which occurred around 11:10 p.m. (Kyiv time), involved three guided FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with UMPK modules, Caliber.Az reports via Ukrainian media. 

According to Oleksandr Honcharenko, the head of the Kramatorsk city military administration, all nine victims have received immediate medical attention, with emergency and utility services on the scene managing the aftermath. Rescue workers are currently assisting those affected, while utility teams are working to restore damaged infrastructure in the area.

In a broader wave of strikes across Ukraine, Russian forces also launched a brutal assault overnight using a combination of S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles and approximately 84 strike drones. Among the drones were roughly 50 Shahed drones, which were employed in multiple regions, further intensifying the damage caused.

On the night of September 15, Russia targeted an agricultural facility in the Sumy region, where around 30 pieces of equipment were destroyed, and 12 workers—who were in the process of harvesting crops—sustained injuries.

Meanwhile, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a woman was injured after another missile strike, which also ignited fires in vital infrastructure and several private homes.
