Russian army involves Iskander missile in training
Russia has conducted military exercises in Kaliningrad region, which borders Poland and Lithuania. The Russian army conducted training on application of conditional missile strike.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation.
It is noted that Russia has tested Iskander complexes, which are used to launch cruise and ballistic missiles, including those with a nuclear warhead.
Russian rocket scientists trained to hit targets of a conditional enemy, in particular airfields, clusters of equipment and command posts, as well as to withdraw complexes from a retaliatory strike.
In addition, Russian sailors in the Baltic Sea have worked out actions under the conditions of radiation and chemical contamination of the area.
