Russian attack hit Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk, causing injuries and fires PHOTO
In the early hours of November 27, Russian forces launched attacks on Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, causing injuries and significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
The Nikopol and Synelnykove districts were hit. Vladyslav Haivanenko, acting head of the regional military administration, reported on Telegram that three people were injured, multiple fires broke out, and a kindergarten and other infrastructure were damaged.
In Synelnykove district, drones struck the Mykolaivka and Dubovyky communities. A 67-year-old woman and a 71-year-old man were hospitalised in moderate condition. Fires damaged a shop, a house extension, a summer kitchen, a garage, a car, a gazebo, and a private residence. In Nikopol, Russian forces conducted artillery fire, while in Marganets, a 50-year-old man was injured and is being treated at home.
Ukrainian air defence forces in Dnipropetrovsk successfully shot down three Russian drones during the attacks.
Additionally, Russian forces carried out drone strikes on Ukraine’s Odesa region on the night of November 27. The strikes damaged the facades and windows of two residential buildings, an equestrian club, and a gas station.
