Russian drones kill one, injure four in overnight strike on Ukraine's Odesa PHOTO
The Russian Armed Forces launched drone attacks on the Ukrainian city of Odesa on the night of June 9 to 10, killing one person, injuring at least four others
The attack also caused significant damage to residential buildings and emergency medical facilities.
An administrative section of a maternity hospital was damaged in the strike, though no casualties were reported there, Caliber.Az reports, citing Ukrainian media.
However, a nearby residential building was hit, resulting in the death of a 59-year-old man and injuries to four other civilians.
The attack also destroyed the administrative building of the city’s emergency medical services station, where a fire broke out. Several ambulances were damaged, though no medical personnel were harmed.
Emergency crews continue to work at the scene to mitigate the aftermath of the attack.
