Russian missile strike hits Dnipro, injures three PHOTO
Russian forces launched a missile strike on the city of Dnipro on the morning of August 9, injuring three people and causing extensive damage, local authorities reported.
According to the State Emergency Service, a woman born in 1984 and two men born in 1995 and 2004 sustained injuries. Their lives are not in danger, Caliber.Az reports per Ukrainian media.
The attack damaged an industrial facility, destroyed several vehicles, and struck a non-operational building, where a fire later broke out. Emergency crews quickly extinguished the blaze.
Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Serhii Lysak confirmed the strike in a statement on Telegram, describing widespread damage across the city.
"Vehicles were smashed, and a non-operational building was damaged. A fire broke out," Lysak wrote.
