Russian PM arrives in Kyrgyzstan ahead of key Eurasian meetings

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has arrived in Kyrgyzstan, with his aircraft landing at Issyk-Kul International Airport, according to Russian media.
Mishustin is set to take part in meetings of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council, which will be held nearby in the resort town of Cholpon-Ata. The event will also be attended by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Belarusian Prime Minister Alexander Turchin, Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov and Kyrgyz Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.
At the same time, the 8th Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum is taking place in the neighbouring village of Bosteri alongside the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) events.
