Russian strike damages residential area in Ukraine’s Poltava PHOTO

A Russian attack has damaged residential buildings and infrastructure in Ukraine’s Poltava region, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) has stated.

It said strikes destroyed a house, where an elderly woman lived, Caliber.Az reports, citing the agency.

Rescuers pulled the woman from the rubble and handed her over to medics, and fires caused by the strikes have been extinguished.

According to the emergency service, a total of 82 rescuers and 21 pieces of equipment were involved in the response operation.
