Security of Arab countries part of Egypt’s safety, President El-Sisi says

The security of Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries is part of Egypt’s national security, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has stated during a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The president’s press service said the sides discussed bilateral relations and reaffirmed their intention to expand cooperation in various areas, Caliber.Az reports.

Particular attention was paid to the regional situation.

The leaders stressed the need to reduce tensions to preserve stability in the Middle East.

The leaders also exchanged views on the impact of regional escalation on energy security, supply chains and international trade.
