State budget 2023 allocates billions for restoration of Azerbaijan's liberated territories

Azerbaijan has so far allocated a total of 4.4 billion manats (approx. $2.6 billion) for restoration and reconstruction works carried out on the territories liberated from Armenian occupation.

According to Report, this figure was announced by the Head of the Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament, Tahir Mirkishili, who clarified that the realization of major projects in Karabakh is continuing.

Caliber.Az recalls, that 3 billion manats (approx. $1.76 billion) have been allocated in the 2023 state budget for further development works in the liberated districts, which is an increase of 12.4% from the same funds last year.
