Syria's motorcycle theft ring crushed: Gang nabbed in Hama PHOTO
The Syrian Ministry of the Interior has dismantled a gang of five individuals involved in a series of thefts of motorcycles and goods from stores in the city of Hama and surrounding areas.
According to a statement from the Ministry's press office, after extensive surveillance and intelligence operations, authorities seized automotive parts worth approximately $10,000.
The detained individuals have confessed to carrying out multiple thefts, including the theft of around 15 motorcycles in Hama province. Several of the stolen motorcycles have already been returned to their rightful owners.
Necessary protocols have been filed, and the suspects have been handed over to the relevant judicial authorities for the completion of legal proceedings.
