According to a statement by the Syrian Ministry of Interior, the agreement aims to strengthen professional and operational training for security personnel through joint programmes and the exchange of expertise between the two sides, Caliber.Az reports.
The protocol includes specialised courses in criminal investigations, forensic science, crime scene analysis, and service dog training, along with other areas designed to enhance law enforcement capabilities.
