Ten injured, one dead as Russian strikes hit residential building in Ukraine’s Chernihiv PHOTO

The number of people injured in a Russian attack on a residential building in Chernihiv, Ukraine, has risen to 10, including three children, while an 80-year-old woman was killed.

Chernihiv Regional Military Administration head Vyacheslav Chaus announced on Telegram that two apartments were destroyed, while windows in other apartments and nearby buildings were damaged, Caliber.Az reports.

He added that all services remained on-site working until late at night.

“Windows were covered with OSB boards, and water, electricity, and gas supply have been partially restored. Municipal services will continue work at the site today,” Chaus said.

He also noted that in the village of the Koryukivka community, an FPV drone struck energy infrastructure, leaving some residents without power. Previously, reports had indicated one death and eight injuries.
