Trump Organization expands in Saudi Arabia with $1 billion Jeddah project
The Trump Organization is set to further expand its presence in Saudi Arabia with a $1 billion mixed-use development in Jeddah, marking the company’s second major project in the Kingdom.
Dar Global, a London-listed international luxury real estate developer, announced the collaboration with the Trump Organization on September 29. The project, named Trump Plaza Jeddah, will be strategically located along King Abdulaziz Road in the city’s commercial heart, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
The development will feature a combination of premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office space, and exclusive townhouses, anchored by a Central Park-inspired green spine designed to bring Manhattan-style vibrancy to Jeddah.
“By combining residential, serviced, and office components with a Central Park-inspired landscape, we are delivering a unique lifestyle destination that reflects both Manhattan’s vibrancy and Jeddah’s strategic role as a cultural and commercial hub,” said Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global.
Trump Organization executives describe the project as a new standard for luxury. Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the company, said, “We are honored to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia… We are creating a destination that will set a new benchmark for prestige and innovation in the Kingdom.”
Trump Plaza Jeddah is expected to transform the city’s skyline and redefine urban living in the region by offering a seamless environment where residents can live, work, and socialize. The project aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader goals for real estate expansion and economic diversification, reflecting Jeddah’s growing role as a hub for premium living and international investment.
This announcement follows the launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024, signalling the Trump Organization’s continued commitment to the Kingdom’s luxury real estate market.
