Ukraine drones hit Russia's FSB facility in occupied Donetsk, killing 12
Ukrainian drones have struck a Federal Security Service (FSB) command post in Russian-occupied parts of the Donetsk region, killing 12 officers, Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces commander Robert Brovdi, also known as ‘Madyar,’ announced on Telegram.
The attack targeted a command centre of the FSB’s Mobile Operations Directorate on April 22. The operation was carried out jointly by units of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces and fighters from the 1st National Guard Corps “Azov.”
The targeted FSB unit is described as being responsible for counterintelligence tasks, sabotage activities, special military operations, building agent networks, identifying and detaining disloyal citizens, physical elimination of opponents, and coordination with pro-Russian armed groups.
According to the statement, Ukrainian forces conducted eight precision strikes using FP-2-type systems with warheads weighing between 60 and 100 kilograms. As a result, 12 people were killed, and another 15 were injured.
