Ukraine repels majority of 36 missiles, 242 drones in overnight Russian strike PHOTO

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced that, on the night of January 9, Russian forces launched a total of 278 aerial weapons, including 36 missiles—both ballistic and cruise types—and 242 attack drones.

The country’s air defence systems intercepted or destroyed 244 of these aerial targets, Caliber.Az reports.

Impacts from 18 missiles and 16 drones were recorded across 19 locations.
