Ukraine's Air Forces announce ballistic missile threat
The second air raid alert was declared across Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine on November 26.
This time the alert was issued due to the threat of a ballistic strike, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.
"The threat of a ballistic missile attack has been declared in the regions where the air raid alert is active," the Air Forces reported.
Initially, the alert was issued in Kyiv, and later the warning was extended to the entire country. It is important to note that residents in areas where the air raid alert has been issued are urged to remain calm and, in case of a threat, seek shelter. Filming air defence systems is prohibited in Ukraine.
On November 26 morning, the Russian Federation launched ballistic missile attacks using Iskander-M systems and drones against Ukraine. The air defense forces intercepted 76 drones. Some 96 drones were lost in flight, presumably due to active countermeasures from the Electronic Warfare units of Ukraine's Defence Forces. Another five drones were headed towards Belarus.
