Ukraine’s military intercept 372 targets in overnight Russian attack
Ukraine’s Air Force said Russian forces carried out a large-scale overnight attack on the country, launching a total of 375 unmanned aerial vehicles and 21 missiles of various types.
According to the press service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, preliminary data as of 09:00 local time show that air defence systems shot down or suppressed 372 targets in total. These included 15 missiles and 357 drones of different types.
The Air Force specified that the intercepted weapons comprised nine Kh-22/Kh-32 cruise missiles, five Iskander-M or S-300 ballistic missiles, one Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missile, and 357 attack UAVs of various types.
At the same time, direct impacts by two missiles and 18 attack drones were recorded at 17 locations. In addition, debris from downed drones fell in 12 locations. The status of four enemy missiles remains under clarification, the statement said.
