Ukraine says air defences downed 138 of 154 Russian drones overnight
Ukraine's air defence forces intercepted or disabled 138 of the 154 drones launched by Russia in an overnight attack involving Shahed, Gerbera and Italmas unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as Parodiya decoy drones, the Ukrainian military has stated.
The military said the aerial assault was repelled by aviation, air defence missile units, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems forces and mobile fire groups, Caliber.Az reports.

As of 8:30 a.m. local time, Ukrainian air defences had shot down or suppressed 138 drones over the country's north, south, centre and east.
The military reported that 13 attack drones struck targets at 10 locations, while debris from intercepted drones fell at two other sites.
"The attack is ongoing, and Russian drones remain in Ukrainian airspace. Please follow safety guidelines," the military noted.
