Ukraine says air defences neutralised 95 of 101 Russian drones overnight PHOTO
Ukraine's military said its air defence forces neutralised 95 of 101 drones launched by Russia in an overnight attack, as Moscow continued its aerial campaign against targets across the country.
According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia launched 101 unmanned aerial vehicles during the night, including Shahed-type attack drones, as well as Gerbera, Italmas, and decoy Parodia drones, Caliber.Az reports.

The Ukrainian military said the attack was countered by Air Force units, anti-aircraft missile systems, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems forces, and mobile air defence teams.
As of 8:30 a.m. local time, Ukrainian forces had shot down or otherwise neutralised 95 of the drones over northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country, the military said.
Despite the interceptions, six attack drones reached their targets, striking five locations. Debris from downed drones was also reported at six separate sites.
The military did not immediately provide details on the affected locations or report any casualties.
"The attack is ongoing; several Russian UAVs remain in Ukrainian airspace. Please observe safety precautions," the Armed Forces said in a statement.
