Ukraine strikes Russian militarysites, oil facilities
Ukraine’s unmanned aerial systems carried out overnight strikes on multiple Russian military and energy targets, including missile system bases and oil depots in Crimea and other occupied territories, according to Ukrainian military officials.
The claims were made by Robert Brovdi, also known by“Madyar,” a commander in Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces. He said the attacks targeted a range of installations across Crimea and parts of eastern Ukraine under Russian control, Caliber.Az reports.
According to Brovdi, the strikes hit several air defence systems, including a Pantsir system in Feodosia in Crimea, an Osa-AK system in Vodyanoye in the Donetsk region, and a Buk-M1 system in Bohatovka in the Zaporizhzhia region.
He also said Ukrainian forces struck two bases hosting Iskander tactical missile systems in Mezhgorye and Kurortnoye in Crimea, as well as ammunition storage facilities linked to the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Mezhgorye.
Additional targets reportedly included the Oktyabrskoye and Glubokiy Yar oil depots in Crimea, along with a training center, workshop, and unmanned systems depot operated by the Rubicon unit in Gornoye in the Donetsk region.
Brovdi also stated that Ukrainian special operations units, together with other forces, took part in a separate attack on an oil refinery in Tuapse in southern Russia.
