Ukrainian armed forces report massive missile, drone assault across country PHOTO

During the night of April 15, Russia carried out an attack on Ukraine using three Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 324 strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the “Shahed,” “Gerbera,” “Italmas,” and other types. 

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Telegram that about 250 of them were Shahed drones.

Preliminary data as of 07:00 indicate that air defence forces shot down or suppressed 309 UAVs across the north, south, east, and central regions of the country.

Impacts from ballistic missiles and 13 strike UAVs were recorded at nine locations, while debris from downed drones fell at ten additional sites.
