Ukrainian MP: Charges against NABU chief not officially registered PHOTO

Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak has claimed that charges signed by Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko against National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) Director Semen Kryvonos were not officially registered with the Prosecutor General’s Office.

“Take note of the reference number of the original document. It has not been officially registered with the Office of the Prosecutor General; the number of the criminal case has been entered in place of the reference number,” Zheleznyak wrote, Caliber.Az reports. 

The claim comes after reports that Kravchenko had issued charges against Kryvonos.
