Volume of Russian imports to US rises from $274.4m in October to $362.4m in November
The volume of imports of Russian goods into the United States increased from $274.4m in October to $362.4m in November, according to the data published in the monthly report on trade turnover of the US Census Bureau.
The volume of goods supplied to the United States from Russia in September amounted to $252.3m, in August - $298.1m, in July - $241.7m, in June - $411.7m, TASS reports.
Exports of US goods to Russia, according to the report, increased from $34.8m in October to $69m in November. In September it amounted to $38.4m, in August - $32.1m, in July - $35.6m, in June - $30.9m.
The US Census Bureau reported earlier that the volume of exports of US goods to Russia in 2022 became a record low for the entire period of calculations of Russian-US trade figures and amounted to $1.7bn. The department noted that the volume of exports of US products to Russia in 2022 fell by approximately 3.7-fold from around $6.4m in 2021.
Imports of Russian goods to the United States in 2022 amounted to approximately $14.44bn, in 2021 - $29.6bn.
