President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska prayed at Saint Sophia Cathedral in Kyiv, with visiting European leaders, for the Ukrainian people and a just peace in Ukraine on February 24, marking the fourth anniversary of the Russia-Ukraine war.

Those participating in the prayer included President of Finland Alexander Stubb, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen, and other European leaders, Caliber.Az reports via the Ukrainian presidential website.

Writing on his Telegram channel, Zelenskyy emphasised prayers for Ukrainian soldiers, displaced people, prisoners, and a dignified, united peace for all Ukrainians.

“For the blessing and support of Ukrainian soldiers, the release of prisoners, for everyone forced to leave their homes, for all Ukrainians, and for unity and a dignified peace for the Ukrainian people,” Zelenskyy noted.
