Zelenskyy: Territorial issues require direct leader talks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that territorial issues in the Ukrainian conflict cannot be resolved at the level of technical teams, according to RIA Novosti.

“Without direct contact at the leadership level, it will be impossible to reach agreements on territorial matters,” Zelenskyy said.

He added that Kyiv remains open to negotiations with Moscow and Washington but insists on the presence of European representatives.
