The local anti-terror measures have been conducted with such a high degree of professionalism and accuracy that neither the civilian population nor civilian infrastructure has been subjected to shelling.

As reported by Caliber.Az, referring to President Ilham Aliyev's address to the nation on September 20, the only thing that was destroyed were the weapons, equipment and positions belonging to the enemy.

Underlining, that the emergence of a new situation in the region was inevitable, the head of state noted, that following the surrender of the junta's criminal regime, the source of the tension, a "poisonous nest" remains a thing of the past and the Armenian population in Garabagh will finally be able to "breathe freely".
