Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Uzbek leaders sign strategic partnership agreement on green energy PHOTO
A trilateral meeting was held among President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku on November 13.
During the meeting, the leaders signed an agreement on strategic partnership among the governments of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan in the field of green energy development and transfer, Caliber.Az reports, citing the information published on the official website of the Azerbaijani president.
Following the signing ceremony, the presidents delivered speeches. The executive documents were signed by the presidents of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The documents, signed by the energy ministers of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Saudi Arabia, focus on cooperation in the development and transfer of green energy.
Following the signing ceremony, a meeting was held among President Aliyev, President Tokayev, President Mirziyoyev, and Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Energy, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al-Saud.
