Azerbaijani ombudsperson visits Khojaly to mark anniversary of tragic events

On the occasion of the anniversary of the tragic events, Azerbaijani Ombudsperson Sabina Aliyeva visited the town of Khojaly.

The ombudsperson arrived in Khojaly with a group of residents who were survivors of the Khojaly genocide, per Report.

This is the ombudsperson's first visit to Khojaly since its liberation from occupation.

Speaking directly from the place where these tragic events took place, Aliyeva addressed the world community about the Khojaly genocide. She urged international organisations to help bring the Khojaly genocide perpetrators to justice.
