Census covering 237 villages of Western Azerbaijan completes

Chairman of the board of the community of Western Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani MP Aziz Alakbarli has said that the goal is to convey the whole truth about Western Azerbaijan to the international community.

Alakbarli made these remarks during parliamentary public hearings on "Overcoming mountains: peaceful and legal return to Western Azerbaijan", according to Azertag.

“We, as a community of Western Azerbaijan, have sent a letter to President of the European Council Charles Michel and the EU mission currently operating in Armenia. To date, a census covering 237 villages has been carried out, as well as documents of about 20,000 families have been collected. The damage caused to them has been documented,” he added.
