Eight Azerbaijani judokas to compete in Baku’s Judo Grand Slam tournament
Eight more Azerbaijani judokas will take part in the Judo Grand Slam tournament in Baku on February 18.
Nigar Suleymanova (+78 kg), Murad Fatiyev, Eljan Hajiyev, Vugar Talibov (90 kg), Zelym Kotsoiev, Azhdar Baghirov (both 100 kg), Dzhamal Gamzathanov and Kanan Nasibov (+100 kg) will compete on the last day of the competitions, according to Report.

Nigar Suleymanova (+78 kg) will compete with Idalys Ortiz (Cuba): 1/16 finals
Murad Fatiyev (90 kg) will compete with Sami Chouchi (Belgium): 1/16 finals
Eljan Hajiyev (90 kg) will compete with Bakar Erashvili (Georgia): 1/32 finals
Vugar Talibov (90 kg) will compete with Egor Varapayev (Individual Neutral Athlete): 1/16 finals
Zelym Kotsoiev (100 kg) will compete with Daniel Mukete (Individual Neutral Athlete): 1/16 finals
Azhdar Baghirov (100 kg) is awaiting his opponent in the 1/16 finals
Dzhamal Gamzathanov (+100 kg) will compete with Shakarmamad Mirmamadov (Tajikistan): 1/16 finals
Kanan Nasibov (+100 kg) will compete with Choi In-hyuk (South Korea): 1/16 finals.
