Information on Karabakh integrated into well-known navigation websites

The Turkish company 4MAPS Bilgi Tecnologileri has supported the State Property Service under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy in digitizing the road networks of the liberated territories, displaying the names of streets and settlements on international mapping platforms in the Azerbaijani language.

The company is carrying out work on the cadastre and address register in the territory, and topographic and geometric information is being integrated into international sites providing cartographic services, Report informs citing the State Service.

One of them is Here Global B.V., which provides services to such world-famous companies as Amazon, Booking.com, Mercedes, Audi.

Currently, a 3D map of roads and road networks in the liberated territories is being prepared using the Lidar True System application and 360-degree cameras.
