Iranian, Azerbaijani participants meet for Araz-2025 joint military drills PHOTO / VIDEO 

A group of participants, along with the head of the group from the Islamic Republic of Iran, have arrived in Azerbaijan to take part in the Araz-2025 joint military exercises, where a meeting was held between the exercise leaders and senior officials from both Azerbaijan and Iran.

During the session, key details were discussed, including the objectives, scenario, location, preparation process, safety protocols, and tasks that will be carried out in various stages of the drills, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry told Caliber.Az.  

The exercises are being held in the liberated Azerbaijani territories. The "Araz-2025" drills are set to continue until May 21.
