Islamabad optimistic on possible Iran–US interim agreement

Pakistan is optimistic about the prospects of reaching an interim agreement between Iran and the United States, despite rising demands from both sides.

Islamabad maintains a positive outlook on the possibility of achieving interim understandings between Washington and Tehran, Al Jazeera reports.

“Islamabad remains optimistic about the possibility of reaching interim agreements between Washington and Tehran,” the Pakistani source said.

The source also noted that “America and Iran are determined to raise the bar of their demands regarding uranium enrichment and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz.”
