10 June 2026 12:59
Airports of Kyrgyzstan said Kyrgyzstan is planning to launch direct flights to Europe next year following its removal from the European Union’s aviation safety blacklist, according to Kyrgyz media cited by Caliber.Az.
The company said routes under consideration include Milan, Berlin, Brussels, Paris and London.
To support the planned expansion, Kyrgyzstan intends to acquire two long-haul Airbus A321 aircraft. The jets are expected to be delivered in March 2027, the company said, adding that an agreement for their purchase has already been signed.
