Russia's interference threatens strong Ukraine-Poland relations
Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak emphasized that Ukraine and Poland maintain a strong alliance, despite some challenges.
Speaking to the Polish media, Podolyak acknowledged that while historical, social, and agricultural issues exist between the two nations, they are subjects of ongoing dialogue rather than conflict, Caliber.Az reports.
He rejected claims of heightened tensions, stating, "There is no conflict between Ukraine and Poland. There is a discussion going on... However, we all understand that we need to address the Russian issue. This is the key problem we are tackling together."
Podolyak noted that Russia actively seeks to sow discord between Ukraine and Poland, attempting to turn constructive discussions into disputes. He affirmed Poland's role as a "powerful partner" for Ukraine in the face of these external challenges.
