Russia targets Ukraine’s Sumy again, hitting Bilopillia with guided bombs PHOTO
Russian forces targeted the Bilopillia community in Ukraine’s Sumy region on January 20 with guided aerial bombs, marking a repeat attack on the area from last week and highlighting the systematic nature of the strikes.
According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, the attack hit civilian infrastructure and essential services, damaging residential buildings, a school, and other facilities, and destroying vehicles, Caliber.Az reports.
No casualties were reported. Authorities are currently working to assess the damage and address the aftermath of the strike.
The latest strike follows an earlier attack on Bilopillia last week, when a Russian airstrike using precision-guided bombs left nine people injured, including six women and three men.
