South African president invites Ukrainian counterpart Zelenskyy for state visit
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has officially extended an invitation to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for an official state visit to South Africa.
In a statement shared on the social media platform X, Ramaphosa expressed his eagerness to engage with President Zelenskyy and emphasized the importance of a constructive dialogue between the two leaders. "I welcome the constructive engagement I had with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and look forward to hosting him in South Africa soon for a state visit," Ramaphosa wrote, Caliber.Az reports.
