Suppressed Ukrainian UAVs trigger petroleum product fire in Russia's Voronezh
Petroleum products caught fire in Russia’s Voronezh Region after unmanned aerial vehicles belonging to the Armed Forces of Ukraine were suppressed and fell to the ground, regional Governor Alexander Gusev said.
In a statement published on Telegram, Gusev noted that the incident occurred following a UAV attack and that emergency services promptly dealt with the consequences.
“When the suppressed UAVs came down, a fire involving petroleum products broke out. By now, the blaze has been completely extinguished,” the governor said.
He added that all repercussions of the attack had already been eliminated and separately urged local residents to comply with the ban on distributing images and videos showing the results of air defence operations.
