Ukraine army reportedly downs kamikaze drone set to attack Odesa

On October 9, the Russian Armed Forces tried to attack Odesa with a kamikaze drone Shahed-136 and it was shot down.

"At about 11.30 am, the enemy tried to attack Odesa with a kamikaze drone of the type Shahed-136. The unmanned aerial vehicle was destroyed over the sea by the forces and means of air defence of the Yug [South] Air Command," RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to the South operational command.

Also, according to the military, at 11:00 in the Mykolaiv region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down a Russian plane, presumably a Su-25.
