Ukraine destroys Russian Wagner Group’s base in Luhansk

Chairman of Ukraine’s Luhansk District Military Administration Serhiy Haidai has said that the Ukrainian military has destroyed the Wagner Group’s base (a Russian private military group of mercenaries) in the occupied Luhansk region.

“The Wagner Group’s base was on fire this time. The Ukrainian Armed Forces dealt a precise blow to it. Only one serviceman survived,” Haidai was quoted by UNIAN as saying.

He noted that the Russian base is located at the local stadium in Kadiivka city, which the Russians occupied in 2014.
