Ukraine’s special forces strike Russian fuel depots in Luhansk region VIDEO
Ukrainian Special Operations Forces have carried out precision strikes on Russian supply facilities in the occupied Luhansk region, targeting key fuel infrastructure used to support front-line operations.
According to a statement released by Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces (SOF), the operation destroyed both a frontline fuel and lubricant depot as well as an oil storage site used by Russian troops to supply military equipment at the front, Caliber.Az reports per Ukrainian media.
The strikes were reportedly timed for maximum impact.
“SOF drones hit the targets at the moment when the tanks were full, which significantly increased the scale of the explosions and destruction,” the Ukrainian military said.
Citing intelligence assessments, Ukraine claims the explosions caused substantial losses to Russian resources essential for sustaining offensive operations in the area.
“Ukrainian special forces continue to deliver asymmetric strikes on enemy supply lines to slow their advance and degrade their capabilities,” the statement read.
