Ukraine documents thousands of breaches during Easter truce

Since the start of the Easter ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, which lasted from 4:00 p.m. on April 11 until the end of April 12, both sides have reported numerous violations of the truce regime.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated that it recorded 10,721 violations by Russian forces.

At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported 6,558 violations by Ukraine, while noting that Russian troops had observed the ceasefire regime.
