US concerned about growing Moscow-Pyongyang interaction

The United States intends to take "several steps" to counter military-technical cooperation between Russia and North Korea.

US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Kritenbrink made the statement during a special telephone briefing on US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's upcoming visits to India, the Republic of Korea and Japan, TASS reports.

"We are deeply concerned about the increasing cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang. This is something we are watching closely with our partners in the region and around the world, and as I said, we will continue to take a number of steps to counter the threats posed by the DPRK," Kritenbrink said.
