US congressman Paul Gosar congratulates President Aliyev

Member of the US House of Representatives Paul Gosar has sent a letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

In the letter, Paul Gosar congratulated President Aliyev on his re-election to office, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani president’s press service.

"I am confident you will continue to work on the development of relations between Azerbaijan and the United States. Your country deserves a strong leader who puts the interests of the people first, strives for prosperity and peace both within the state and abroad.

I hope that during your new term, Azerbaijan and the United States will further strengthen economic and security cooperation. I believe that bilateral mutually beneficial relations between our countries should continue to develop and strengthen," the letter reads.
