US fighter jet intercepts aircraft over Trump’s Florida residence

On November 29, a U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter jet intercepted a civilian aircraft that entered temporarily restricted airspace over former President Donald Trump’s Palm Beach, Florida, residence, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) said in a post on X.

“The aircraft was safely escorted out of the area. Pilots: Check NOTAMs befoe flying to avoid TFR violations!” the post reads, per Caliber.Az.

The incident occurred around 16:20 Eastern Time (01:20 Baku time on November 30).

NORAD noted that similar airspace violations have occurred earlier this week. Trump has been in Florida since November 25, with plans to return to Washington on November 30.
