President Ilham Aliyev approves law on micro, small, and medium enterprises development

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has adopted a law "On the development of micro, small and medium enterprises".

Caliber.Az reports with reference to the official website of the head of state that the law will regulate relations in the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises and defines the forms and methods of stimulating state support provided to them.

The document also provides for the establishment of a permanent coordinating group to supervise activities in the field of MSME development.

In addition, a unified register of micro, small and medium enterprises will be created, which will contain information about business entities. The procedure for maintaining the unified register is determined by the Regulation on the Unified Register of MSMEs.
