Azerbaijani border guards detain Georgian citizen trying to illegally cross state border

A Georgian citizen was detained on the territory of the border outpost near Shikhli-II village of the Gazakh district of "Gazakh" separate border division of the Azerbaijani State Border Service, who was trying to illegally cross the state border from Georgia to Azerbaijan on March 24 at 21:45 (GMT+4).

During the investigation, the border guards revealed that 42-year-old Vidadi Gahramanov was detained, the Azerbaijani State Border Service told Caliber.Az.

Investigative measures are still being taken.
