Karabakh Armenians freely pass Lachin checkpoint after document verification Exclusive video by Caliber.Az

Today, July 24, the free crossing of residents of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan of Armenian origin through the Lachin checkpoint has been ensured again.

Caliber.Az reports that several residents of the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan travelling on the Khankendi-Gorus route, accompanied by the ICRC, crossed the Lachin checkpoint in compliance with all necessary border and customs procedures in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The footage presented to our editorial office shows the process of checking the documents of civilians and their luggage.

After the check, their free passage through the checkpoint was ensured.

It should be noted that the video footage shows the absence of any obstacles or difficulties in the passage of Karabakh Armenians through the Lachin checkpoint.
