AnewZ TV channel highlights the heritage of Shusha VIDEO

As part of its original project Destination, Azerbaijani television channel AnewZ has released its second feature on Shusha via its official YouTube channel, showcasing the city's tourism potential.

The feature titled Destination: Shusha, Azerbaijan invites viewers to explore the living heritage of one of the world's great cultural capitals, Caliber.Az reports.

Shusha, widely known as the "Cradle of Azerbaijani Music" and the "Temple of Arts in the Caucasus," has rightfully been restored as the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. It has also gained international recognition as the Cultural Capital of the Turkic World (2023) and the Islamic World (2024).

The programme gives special attention to the Kharibulbul music festival and features footage from the House-Museum of Bulbul, as well as the recently reopened House-Museum of Uzeyir Hajibeyli.
